Laura Alexander is a Registered Nurse and Certified Childbirth Educator. She has taught Parenting Classes and led Parent Support Groups for 18 years, working with more than 8,000 parents. Alexander is the mother of four boys. Dr. Karen Callen is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. She is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCSF and has delivered over 3,000 babies. Dr. Callen is the mother of two boys. Dr. Lester Luz has had a pediatric practice in San Francisco for 50 years. He is a graduate of Stanford University Medical School, where he was later an Instructor of Pediatrics. He has been the Chief of Pediatrics at Presbyterian Hospital, where he also co-founded the Adolescent Clinic. Dr. Luz is the father of two girls. Samantha Gilbert is a Sleep Havoc Specialist and has a Master's Degree in bedtime psychology. She recently added a new sleep researcher to her staff, Joshua Gilbert, who has assumed many of her late night duties and responsibilities. They have two tired, but happy parents.
